Google algorithms are changing and now it
has a new manual action in the guideline named as ‘IMAGE MISMATCH’. It
introduced a new manual action penalty for any mismatch of the pictures and
images of website with Google. If the site images do not match the Google
search results than the images on the site must be differently displayed on the
search result page.
When the image served to Google is different from the image
showed to
the viewer than it is called as cloaking. This new update in the webmaster tool will
enhance the quality of the images provided to the viewers. The images displayed
on the sites will exactly the same image showed by the Google search results or
directly on the site.
